Refund Policy

To apply for a refund, the client must submit a detailed form containing the following information to support@tejimandi.com

Subscribed Product(s):

Reason for a Refund:

Refund will be issued only on the below mentioned cases

  1. Unable to verify KYC due to technical reasons
  2. Payment made twice for the same portfolio
  3. Belongs to SEBI debarred list
  4. Any case under PLMA
  5. Miscellaneous issues deemed appropriate by a committee that may be considered an edge case and require urgent attention

Refund will not be issued in the below cases

  1. User expects new trades every hour/day/week and month or any other specified time period.
  2. User is not happy with the returns.
  3. User expects advice on his current portfolio.
  4. User expects advice on IPOs.
  5. Any other expectation/request unrelated to the offered product.
  6. User is not satisfied with the stocks in the portfolio.

NB: The above mentioned refund policy is limited to Teji Mandi App subscribers only.
