TEJI MANDI'S REFER & EARN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

• Only active subscribers of the Company are eligible to refer others.
• Referees (those being referred) must be new users with no previous registration in the Company’s system (verified via email or phone).
• Participants must be 18 years or older.

Referral Rewards and Limits

• Referrers will receive ₹300 for each successful referral, credited when the referee completes E-sign for the paid subscription.
• Minimum withdrawal for rewards is ₹500; balances below this cannot be withdrawn.
• Each Referrer can make up to 10 successful referrals per calendar month.
• Referrers and referees are ineligible for subscription refunds under this program.
• Auto-payouts are not permitted; all withdrawal requests require internal approval and are subject to additional KYC verification if needed.

Referee Benefits

• Referees receive a 15% subscription discount, valid only for their first purchase and only when using a valid referral code or link.
• The subscription discount is only valid on annual plan (12 months).
• Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, codes, or promotions.
• Subscription benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable across other Company platforms or applications.

Referral Process

• Referrers share unique links provided by the Company platform.
• To qualify, a referred user must register and purchase a new subscription using the valid link or code.
• Duplicate, invalid, or self-referrals are not eligible for rewards and may result in disqualification from the Program.

Rules & Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt to use the Program for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities (including self-referral or referral of existing users) will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and possible suspension of user accounts.
• The Company reserves the right to audit all referrals and withhold or reclaim rewards at its sole discretion in case of suspected abuse.

Changes & Termination

• The Company may amend these Terms, Program structure, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional Disclaimers & Limitations

• Rewards and discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except as explicitly stated.
• The Company makes no warranties regarding the Program’s operation and explicitly excludes all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The Company’s total liability in connection with the Program shall not exceed the actual value of the disputed reward.
